Get the corn bread and don't pass up on the delicious fries. Honestly we haven't had 1 bad meal here, and we have a good chunk of the menu. They have a kidd menu and the price is perfect for what you get. My boys always love the pancakes. If you come for lunch get the mac and cheese!! The service is always amazing, but remember it's all made fresh, so it's not coming out 2 seconds after you order. Great atmosphere not too loud or quiet so perfect for littles.

Okay, 5 stars definitely to this place for having such a huge vegan/ vegetarian friendly breakfast/ brunch menu! Totally unexpected to have so many options at a cross-roads cafe (and everything was yum!)
We arrived at this place for breakfast/ brunch before we visited the Joshua Tree National Park. I would admit that the wait was crazy. When we were finally seated, we realized that there were a lot of empty seats around however they looked very understaffed and did not want to overwhelm the chef/ barista so kind of made sense. Their menu has A LOT of vegan options - soy chorizo, tofu scrambled eggs , mushroom tacos, just egg scrambled , name it and you got it! I tried the pesto and chilly chipotle tofu scramble with side of sourdough toast and potatoes. It was just SO good, very very flavorful and appetizing! My friends ordered the Vegetarian Quesadilla and Chicken Breakfast burrito with a side of beans. Quesadilla was definitely one of our favorite dishes on the table. It had potatoes stuffing which was very unique. We also ordered Lattes along with our food option and they were decent, nothing crazy!
Since it was going to be a long day, we decided to also place some to-go orders for lunch. The server mentioned that they don't typically do to-go orders but we could just order the dishes and then later pack them (weird, I know, but it is what it is!) Irrespective, our server was very sweet in taking our orders and being accommodating with the requested changes.
We ordered Hell Tacos for lunch, they even replaced mushrooms with potatoes as the filling in the tacos for one of my friend)
If I leave the one hour long wait out, there is nothing really to complain about! Definitely a MUST visit if you're around the Yucca valley neighborhood.
